Tribute Gift Donation

Tribute gift donations are available to those who wish to honor or memorialize a loved one by giving back to the trail through the Friends of the Trails program, which exists to enhance and expand the Cambria County Trails. We are happy to mail a tribute card to let someone know that you have made a gift in honor or in memory of someone special. Those interested can complete the form below, then mail the donation.

Payment

After submitting form, please mail check (made payable to the Cambria County Conservation & Recreation Authority) to CCCRA Memorial Bench Program 401 Candlelight Dr., Suite 225, Ebensburg, PA 15931. Once we receive this completed form and payment, we will mail your receipt and tribute card.
